uncle andy came to visit in july and introduced me to my very best friend, ted. he’s soft, cuddly and still holding strong (i haven’t been able to get his stuffing out!).

Dad went on a business trip to a place called Nike in Portland. When he returned, he brought back some new shoes. I thought they were pretty cool!

Mom really loves to take pictures of me so sometimes when she pulls out the camera, I come towards her which leads to many close-up shots.

I’m getting pretty good at posing for the camera. Who knows, maybe someday I can star in my own commercial or movie.

Now that I’m a little older, I’ve been really good about letting my parents sleep in on the weekends. In fact, I sometimes let them sleep in until 10 AM!

Weekends are the best since I get to spend more time with my parents. I heart lazy Sundays.

This Summer has been a busy one so I’m sorry for being MIA.

Every time my parents go to this place called Target (have you heard of it?!?), they always pick up a friend for me from the Boots & Barkley family. I don’t always get to play with the friend right away but I do enjoy my collection from the Boots & Barkley family. Can’t wait to see who else I get to play with!

Today is my 6th month birthday and my parents let me pick out a toy from a collection they’ve been storing up for me. I decided to go with Gus, who is a red and brown dog. So far I really like him!

My parents had me spayed on Friday and so far I’m doing a-ok! And I even got a new toy when I got home…his name is Franklin.

I love quality time with my parents! Wish they didn’t work so much during the week but hey, someone’s got to pay the bills!

The other week my parents took me to a dog park for the first time and I had SO much fun!

Here are some highlights:

• Got to run around and play with other dogs (and get dirty)
• Reunited with one of my sisters! Her name is Ume. Can you believe it?!? We had a lot of fun catching up!
• Had to take a bath when we got home, which I didn’t mind since daddy was the one that gave me the bath =)
